They say everything is bigger in Texas. That’s true. However, just when I thought the buzz of The A-List was gone, it got whipped right back up!! However this time, it was done bigger, better, with good purpose and amazing talent. All I can say is that after y’all see this picture, you might need help picking up your jaw from the floor or wiping up your drool ….
Yuuuup, that’s right!! That’s Mr. James Doyle of The A-List: Dallas posing in this picture for About Magazine, a Houston based media business. The now twenty-four year old male is back at it again, trying to keep himself going even after the series has come to a close. In this photo, he poses beautifully in the nude with an equality sticker from the Human Rights Campaign to stand up for gay rights. Seen along with the Logo reality star is Kandy Cayne, another local Dallas personality and known transgendered female.
Although the meaning and intention behind the picture is obvious, the celeb has actually gotten some flack for it already. Yesterday, QUEERTY.com released the cover of the upcoming magazine with some harsh words. “Well, today we got an email from James Doyle of The A-List Dallas. With the series’ demise, James tells us he’s looking to “get his name out there” and sent us this lovely image, which he says “represents how naked I feel after society keeps ripping our rights one layer at a time. If you want to actually get your hands on the photo, it’s going to appear on the cover of About magazine in Southern Texas. Getting your hand on James, though, might take a few drinks.”
Comments have also been left on the site by viewers that reflect just the same kind of negative reaction. Regardless of what’s being said, I think James did an amazing job with this photo shoot. At least he is trying to pave the road ahead for himself rather just let his career potential die this early on. The photographer DEFINITELY captured the moment!! The purpose was genuine NOT desperate and compared to the naked pictures that have been previously released against two of his cast mates, at least this one doesn’t show his goodies. Kandy is lucky. Fans would die to have been her in this picture!!
If you are a fan of either one of these two, you might want to fight hard and get your hands on this. It’s something worth having as a fan. This edition is set to be made available today for the Houston locals as they gear up to celebrate PRIDE this weekend. Copies are free to pick up along the way. If you can’t get there to pick it up, call a friend of yours that lives in town and get them to send you a copy. I don’t know about y’all BUT I fully intend on making the four hour drive just to go get mine. Just sayin!!
